Return Goods Authorisation (RGA)

You have trusted us by purchasing your product through us, and you have made a safe choice. However, sometimes a particular item does not fully meet your needs.

If you’re unable to find an answer for your particular situation in our FAQs section, if the technical instructions provided on the relevant product technical sheet don’t provide enough clarity or if, despite input from our technical department that can be reached via a dedicated hotline: +33 (0)3 90 59 02 20, you need to arrange a return : ensuring the quick, hassle-free handling of your repairs, exchanges and returns of items also forms part of our overall service.

In this case, the following procedure applies:

Step no.1

Please send a detailed request by email, specifying the product reference, quantity, the order date, the defect found and let us know if you would like an exchange or a credit note.

Step no.2

Clearly mark on the return package the correct RGA (the cost of returns borne by the sender).

Take note: please do not add any products other than those indicated on the return form, as any additional items will not be processed.

Step no.3

On receiving returned equipment, our team will analyse the product and then contact you.
