What is the status of your order?
The delivery turnaround time and means of transport is confirmed when the order is placed.
Two options are available:
- The courier service is DSV (parcels less than 30kg and that are not excessive in length); you can access a tracking delivery service specific to this carrier. Information relating to your parcel’s progress is available via a tracking number that is automatically sent by your logistics or procurement department whose email address has been indicated in advance.
