I want to return a product, what needs to be done? Return Goods Authorisation (RGA)

Send us a detailed request by email, specifying the product reference code and the order date of the equipment, as well as the defect found.

You will then receive an email containing an RGA number. This number should be visibly marked on the parcel to be returned (the costs of returns are borne by the party initiating the return).

Please do not include any products other than those indicated on the return request. Should you fail to do so, the additional items will not be processed.

On receiving returned equipment, our team will analyse the product and then contact you.
