The RGA request can only be done by our distributor customers, via the form below. If you purchased your product from a distributor, please contact the relevant agency.

Take over conditions:

  • Only the tests carried out by our technical department will validate the condition of the equipment.
  • Only products under warranty presenting a factory default will be replaced by a new one or refunded by credit note.

After acceptance of the request, the RGA ticket will be mailed to you. Please, stick this return coupon visibly on the package (return costs are borne by the sender).
