Appropriate for all panic bars without security latch, this electric strike mounts easily on the bolt of the panic bar.

The box of this electric strike for emergency or safety exits is small size, its depth being 28,5mm. However, in case the fit of the strike to the bolt of the panic bar would be imperfect, four serial spacers, composed of steel, are included in the delivery of this electric strike. Their thickness is from 1, 2 and twice 3mm.

This electric strike compensates the inability to pass an emergency door when coming from outside. Indeed, the panic bar must be manually operated from the inside, and its opening is then systematic.

Linked to a remote electronic control device, this electric strike can be unlocked by power failure. This means that the latch bolt is only released when it doesn't receive electric pulse. Powered on, the emergency leaf door remains locked. This fail-safe technology exclusively works with a 12V DC model for this electric strike.

The lifetime of this electric strike is guaranteed for more than 300 000 opening cycles, while its holding force goes up to 700 daN, at least when the installation recommendations transmitted by SEWOSY are implemented.
